Standard shipping to Spain, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands :

Your order will be delivered within 1-4 business days to the selected delivery address.

The order can also be picked up at our shop.

Shipping costs:

- If your order exceeds € 60 the shipping costs will be free.

- If your order does NOT exceed € 60, shipping costs will be € 4.99.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We get down to business with your order as soon as you confirm it to deliver it to you as quickly as possible, so we cannot modify an order. This includes deleting or adding an item, changing the size or color of a product, changing the shipping address or payment method, but you have 60 minutes after placing it to cancel the order.

Returns

How to do a refund:

Returns from Spain, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands are free and have a tracking service. Returns take 15 working days to process from the moment you deliver them.

Steps to take:

​

1. Fill out the returns sheet and put it in the package along with all the items you want to return to us.

​

2. Then take your package to the Post Office, and we will take the rest!

​

If you make the return in the shop it will be done at that moment.

Products that can NOT be refunded:

  - Jewelry and costume jewelery for body piercing.

  - Lingerie without the hygienic protector.

  - Any lingerie  that shows signs of wear or whose packaging has        been damaged.
